DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know that a U.S. Government agency estimates that close to 50% of Americans are overweight and that a significant number of these people are obese?

We all know there is an overabundance of programs, websites, books, meals, pills, and other aids on the market today that deal with weight loss.  Cost and results vary.  I am not a doctor but wanted to share with people my experience on how I prepared Personal Weight Loss Plans (PWLP) that allowed me to lose over 100 pounds without special weight-loss aides or required exercise, just normal daily activities.

THE INFORMATION I AM PROVIDING IS FREE

I made an eye opening discovery recently that 50 pounds is darn heavy.  When I carried a 50 pound bag of sand a short distance, I was winded.  The 50 pounds of sand weighs the same as 50 pounds of body weight.  No wonder I had joint pains when I was 100 pounds overweight.  It made me realize how much added pressure and strain are applied to your body when you are overweight.

   

The primary objective in setting up this site was to help others by showing them how to prepare a PWLP and lose weight.  When I was a young teenager visiting my grandmother at various housing/facilities for elderly, I vowed to help the elderly somehow/someway.  Well, I hope this information helps both young and old live a longer and healthier life.

 

The secondary objective was to offer a product that could be used to attract sponsorship to support our NASCAR racing endeavors. 

 

If you would like to lose weight or know someone who might want to lose weight, I can help.  I will provide information on how I prepared a proven weight loss plan that works.  I have lost over 100 pounds on my plans and have helped others prepare their own PWLP.  I will show you how I prepared a PWLP that fit my schedule with foods I enjoy eating while losing 1-2 pounds per week.
